Personal Data Collected by HNC Website

Personal data collected, that are collected only if you concent, correspond to the following categories

Process	Description
Registration	User is asked to register to the service by providing mandatory data (first and last name, username, password, email) and optional data (Organization, Address, Telephone, Country). These data are stored in the HNC database. User is also asked to accept Terms of Service, which is also stored.
Account activation	User receives an email which calls him to use a link that returns him to the HNC site and acivates his account.
Subcorpus documnent selection	Registered user has the ability to create and store subcorpus document selections. Creation is made through criteria and it stored in the database. Only the user can see and use the subcorpus set he created.
Search	Sentence search (criteria and filters) is saved in user's history. Only the user can access his search history.
Statistics	Registered user has the ability to see his usage statistics along with general grammatical statistics. Usage statistics are provided to the its owner only. He has also the ability to export lists of most frequent words/lemmas in CSV format that is stored in his computer. Statistical analysis is performed with ILSP tools.
User profile	User has the ability to edit his password, his email and his telephone. He can also delete his history or his account.
